Talent Search

If you are a singer or are in a band and think you have what it takes to make it in the music industry we might be interested in your talent. As a management and development company we are always on the look out for new talent that we can promote to the major players in the various fields of music.  We are looking for raw talent, not those who think they know it all. We want only those who are willing to learn, willing to take instruction and willing to go to the next level in their careers. Are you our next discovery?

If you want to work with us and if you have the following tools ready for submission follow the guidelines below for sending us your materials.

We request the following items.

A Bio written in MS Word, or Notepad. An MP 3 Clip or a site where we can hear you in real audio.

A photo in jpg or bmp format 640 width by 480 height in pixels. A history of your shows and a short description of your career and what you would like us to do for you. Include complete contact information such as mailing address, telephone numbers, email address, and web site if you have one. Email all of the above to Cindy Coale from our contacts page, of to "Cindy Coale Submission" in the subject line to cramermanagementgroup@yahoo.com

We will review your materials and we will contact you by return email. For those who we are interested in we will also contact you by telephone. We will review all materials and we will reply to your submission via email even if we are not interested in you at this time.
